Built on our corrective methodology, these classes follow a custom, periodised program under close coach guidance. With limited numbers, you’ll receive quality coaching while working through neuromuscular activation, bodyweight, free weight, and barbell movements. AMII takes high achievers from tight, injury-prone, and run-down → to strong, balanced, and resilient for the long haul. Every member begins with Aequus Movement I — our personalised intro session — to ensure safe, effective progress from day one.

When you come in to pick up your fob, you will be shown through the facilities available to you within your membership.
