Our boutique gym facilities feature equipment by Alphafit, Concept2 & Legend Pro speed turf track. All gym members have access to these facilities outside scheduled class times.

Immerse yourself in the recovery-focused magnesium cold plunge or dive into the 25 metre magnesium lap pool and take up a day bed on the luxurious sundeck. With translucent coloured panels on the side that are removed in summer, the tempered pool is always 26 degrees and can be enjoyed in all seasons.
Lane bookings are essential.
