AEQUUS MOVEMENT II CLASSES FOLLOW A PERIODISED PROGRAM UNDER THE CLOSE GUIDANCE OF A COACH.
‘UNDERPINNED BY A CORRECTIVE METHODOLOGY, UNIQUE TO AEQUUS MOVEMENT’
Aequus Movement II classes utilise neuromuscular activation, bodyweight, gymnastic, free weight and barbell movements. Underpinned by a corrective methodology, unique to Aequus Movement, the classes do more than increase muscle strength and tone. They improve range of movement, build body awareness and restore structural balance to joints. Rather than working around pain and injury, we seek a greater understanding of what is going on and train to correct. Aequus Movement II classes are only available to RESTORE members and participants are required to undertake Aequus Movement I before commencing this program. No free trials or drop-ins are available for Aequus Movement I or II.
CONDITIONING IS COMPLETED IN A HIGH ENERGY, HIGH-INTENSITY 45-MINUTE SESSION.
THESE CLASSES ARE ENTIRELY SCALABLE TO EACH INDIVIDUAL’S CAPABILITY AND ARE OPEN TO ALL LEVELS.
We work through a large variety of bodyweight, gymnastic, cardio, free weight and skill-based movements. These provide the body with varied physical and physiological stimulus to deliver maximum results in adaptation. Be supported as you practice working through discomfort. Delivering results far beyond the physical realm, the discomfort of persevering through these workouts carries through to life outside the gym. Contributing to mental fortitude and setting the standard of completing challenges in many forms.
In addition to Strength and High Intensity Conditioning, we also offer Handstands and Strength Skills. You can find more information about each class on the booking page when you JOIN A FREE CLASS via the member login tab.
THIS IS A ONE ON ONE PRIVATE COACHING SESSION TO SET AND ACHIEVE SPECIFIC TRAINING AND WELLNESS GOALS.
